Costumes - Planning

As our music video focuses on an artist we decided to go for a typical look e.g. the oversized shirt as a form of protection from the paint.
A pair of leggings/jeans as they are probably one of the most comfortable items of clothing in the world, this would make them an ideal item of clothing for a female to wear when they are going through a hard time as they don't particularly want to put a huge amount of effort into what they look like.
We went with a high top style of shoe as they are very common and the majority of people own a pair which could have a positive effect on the viewers as they could see something that they own and feel like they can relate to the character in an odd sort of way.

This is also conventional to our genre as they don't make a lot of effort with costumes in their music videos. Similar to the make up. Also as we want to create a laid back feel like other indie/alternative promos, so by doing this to costumes it will make it.
